Application:
We will review where SPCT may contact you and if it is appropriate to leave voice mail or e-mail messages concerning this process.
We will go over the donor criteria listed on your application and discuss characteristics most important to you.
Donor Selection Process:
We will explain our donor ID numbering system. This is a simple system indicating who your donor is and what area she lives in.
We will discuss who your assigned case worker is and her role in your process.
We will talk about how to provide us with feedback on each profile packet.
We will discuss process for requesting additional profiles when you have not find the "right one" in your packet.
We will explain "Semi Anonymous vs. Anonymous" arrangements and what is involved with each.
We will go through the "steps" once you have selected a donor.
Donor Screening:
We will talk about the donor psychological evaluation and ASRM guidelines.
Contract and Fees:
We will review contract and fees associated with local, state wide, out of state and repeat donors.
We will review your plans for your donor to receive necessary medications.
