When it comes to cleaning your rug, Behnam Service Center has cleaned many rugs since 1978 the old fashion way and that is by hand with specially formulated organic shampoo and water and by letting it dry naturally in the sun. When we first receive your rug, we inspect it for spots, stains, wear and tear, and we note it on your invoice and inform you about it. We advise you about repairing your rug if needed. Next we vacuum your rug on both sides to remove the excess dirt and then we wash your rug on both sides with a specially formulated organic shampoo that was developed by a cosmetics company and cold water. We then rinse with cold water to remove the dirt and shampoo from your rug that guarantees it is sanitary. Behnam then dries your rug in the sun that helps restores its shine by releasing the natural oils contained in the rug’s fibers. On cloudy days, your rug can be air-dried in the specially designed room equipped with powerful drying units that helps speeds up the process. After your rug has been thoroughly dried, we can make repairs if necessary as well as inspecting your rug & making notes on your invoice after it is cleaned. We will inform you when you rug is ready to be returned to you.
